Lean and digital for services

This grant offers training and support to services companies that want to adopt lean and automation business principles to increase performance and competitiveness

Who is it for?

You may be eligible if:

  • You are an existing IDA client company operating shared or global business services that are exporting.

What do you get?

This support provides up to 50% grant aid to a maximum of €30,000 to train internal champions in lean and automation practices to create world class operations in Ireland.

What can it be used for?

The Lean for GBS programme helps existing companies achieve savings and improvements and upskill staff through the introduction of digitalisation and automation to streamline services.
